Introduction
Get to meet Greg up and personal and learn why practicing bodyweight movements outlined in Primal

should start your training with Primal Conditioning 1.

Squatting Skill Group
Proper squatting form and power are paramount to both athletic success and maintaining functional
independence. In this DVD chapter Greg will take you through six squatting type exercises, starting with very
basic ones and finishing with highly advanced single leg movements. Five hundred pound squatters beware:
the advanced exercises performed with no equipment at all might take you to you knees! The outlined
squatting movements will quickly turn you quads, glutes and hamstrings into solid pieces of steel.

Pressing Skill Groups 1 & 2
Discover how to possess strength in your upper body from every angle, while developing a high degree of
core strength and body control in the process. In this chapter you will learn six pressing movements that will
take your strength and endurance to the next level. The chapter progresses from moderate difficulty and
stable exercises to advanced single arm unstable movements. Those exercises will shape up your chest,
shoulders and arms like no others.

Bridging Skill Group
You are as young as your spine is flexible and strong. In this chapter Greg will teach you his top seven picks
for spine strength and mobility integrated with (usually left out in most programs) neck conditioning. The
exercises will progress from simple linear movements to multi planar rotational ones.
A pair of boa constrictor-like muscles along your back, strong resilient neck and rock hard round glutes will
be sure to follow.

Pulling Skill Group
There is fifteen times more benches than pull up bars in the modern era health clubs. At The Underground
Gym this ratio is reversed -- 6 wall mount pull up bars, 2 suspended pull up bars, 2 "fat" freestanding pull up
bars, 3 pairs of steel rings and 2 climbing ropes to one bench.

In this chapter Greg will explain why pulling is so important and how to get good at it. You will learn numerous
ways to work up to your first pull up if you cannot yet do one, and than blast through your previous bests with
half a dozen progressively more challenging pulling movements. Wide muscular back and well shaped arms
are direct results of frequent pulling practice.

Flexing Skill Groups 1 & 2
If you think that crunches are "it" of the core training you are wrong! In this chapter you will learn nine
abdominal exercises that will build that six pack in no time! You will progress from simple floor exercises that
are linear in nature to progressively more challenging suspended gymnastic movements that work your abs
in multiple planes of motion. Six pack abs is a given, once your achieve a good level of proficiency in these
exercises.

Rotational Skill Group
Core rotational is a missing picture in conventional training programs, while being one of the keys to
complete core training. In this ground breaking chapter Greg will teach you his tried-n-proven four step
progression for working up to highly advanced rotational movements. Through diligent rotational movement
practice you will develop some iron clad obliques and great body control.

Stabilization Skill Group
Stabilization is one of the key functions of the core and should be a part of your training program from day
one. This chapter will teach you two lines of progressions and six progressively more challenging positional
holds to develop a strong and stable midsection. The exercises shown here will further increase your core's
functional ability and muscle definition.

Upside Down Skill Group
A great athlete will always challenge himself in order to get better. Being upside down is a challenge,
because of unfamiliar environment and stabilization issues. In this chapter Greg will teach you five
movements that will literally take your training upside down in order to develop some balance, coordination,
neck, arm and shoulder stability and strength, as well as improve your face color. Some of the common side
effects from these exercises include wide round shoulders, muscular arms and tremendous upper body
strength.

exercises and their variants from beginner to advanced. The exercises are easy to follow. With each one,
Greg demonstrates the correct posture and movement. He also explains how to avoid common mistakes

I love the DVD, it put bodyweight exercises into a comprehensive format for me!  I have been involved in
BW training for a little over a year, but found yours to be the most comprehensive plan.  I did the beginner
routine for a few weeks along with my other training. I have recently changed my workouts so I do some
weight training but mostly kettlebells and bodyweight circuit style for conditioning.(using Primal
Conditioning).  

I wanted to show your DVD off to one of the guys I work at the fire department with, because he has seen
my workouts and thought I was laying awake at night thinking of ways to inflict pain during workouts!  I was
