Underground Kettlebell and Bodyweight
Training Certification Seminar

Learn one of the most dynamic and effective methods of
training for fat loss, muscle building and athletic performance
enhancement -- Underground Gym coach Greg's
"Compound Conditioning"!










This certification course is designed to teach basic and intermediate
kettlebell and bodyweight exercises and training methods at the
instructor level. The course will be taught for two days, eight hours a
day filled with lectures, demonstrations and practical applications.

Subject covered will include:

  • Joint mobility, dynamic and active flexibility

  • Functional movement patterns

  • Basic, intermediate and some advanced kettlebell and
    bodyweight exercises

  • Client assessment

  • Training methods and individual program design

  • Dozens of sample training programs

  • Motivational skills

  • Common mistakes and ways to correct them

  • And many other topics

Greg will also be answering any questions that you might have about
training yourself and/or your clients. Overall, it will be a very exciting
couple of days, as we will mix the theory with hands on applications.











The course will conclude with performance evaluation on the exercises
and concepts studied.
Upon successful completion of the course
students will be awarded with the official Underground Gym
Trainer Certification and their profiles will be placed on the
Underground Gym site as official Underground Trainers.
