The course will be taught for 8 hours a day filled with lectures, demonstrations and practical applications. Subject covered will include basic functional movement patterns, joint mobility, basic and intermediate kettlebell exercises, common pitfalls and ways to correct them, safety, training methods and successful program design for a variety of goals. The course will conclude with performance evaluation on the exercises and concepts studied. ____________________________________________ Primal Conditioning Certified Trainer Course (Level 1) Length: 1 day Minimum Students: 10 Maximum Students: 25 Price: $395.00 This certification course is designed to teach basic and intermediate bodyweight exercises and training methods at the instructor level. Course students should anticipate 8 hour days filled with lectures, demonstrations and practical application. Subjects covered will include functional movement patterns, joint mobility, basic and intermediate bodyweight exercises, basic and intermediate kettlebell exercises, basic and intermediate barbell exercises, safety, training methods, teaching strategies, common error detection and correction, organizing the training process and how to design effective programs for any a variety of needs, but also much more.
