Six months ago I was a typical 50 year old woman - a menopausal insomniac
trying desperately to keep my figure in the shape it was in my 40's.  Caught in
the rut of cardio, cardio, cardio I was not getting the results in the gym that I
expected.

Now six months later and 30 pounds lighter, that has all changed largely
because of Gregory.

After observing Gregory's expert training techniques in the gym, my girlfriend,

When Greg and I first spoke I weighed 280 pounds, smoked two packs of
cigarettes a day, and had an uncontrollable ulcer. FOUR SHORT MONTHS
LATER I am 215 pounds, smoke free, no problems with my stomach, and I am
still losing weight and gaining muscle EVERYDAY.  As a former state district
champion wrestler and a college starting wrestler I had let myself go from 165
pounds to 260 in only a years time after school.  For years I did the crazy fad
diets and joined gyms after gym to only lose 20 or 30 pounds and to gain it all
back within 6 months.  Finally after losing the battle for so long against my
weight and health I totally gave up.  Ballooning up to the 280 pounds I started
at with when I met Greg Mihovich at The Underground Gym.

When I met Greg he saw inside of me the athlete I once was.  The first session
we had I could barley breathe during the short 30 second intervals of light
weight training and wrestling we did.  I had lost all of my strength, endurance,
and flexibility. Greg custom designed a workout program for me and
encouraged me to join the submission grappling classes and the NHB class.  
Everyday Greg would motivate me, push me, and make me focus on the end
result of getting my health back.  Greg's incredible knowledge of body weight
exercises, kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, and combat sports, made
every session we had different and fun!  

4 MONTHS LATER I was competing in submission grappling tournaments,
coaching my high schools junior wrestling program, and doing Olympic
weightlifting!  I went from not being able to handle 30 seconds of light workouts,
to wrestling four five-minute matches IN A ROW!  My overall strength,
flexibility, and endurance have increased far beyond the condition I was at in
high school!  Without the support of Greg and the entire staff at the
Underground Gym I would never have had achieved these types of results.  I
know it will be a challenge to lose more weight and keep it off but by continuing
my training in weightlifting and wrestling with Greg I know that I will never fail.

I have been training with Greg for few years now. And after I had a surgery on
my right leg, I took a break from MMA trainings for 4 month. I did some light
training on my own during the break to keep my body busy. However, I gained
the 30 pounds that I lost previously and my body was craving for strength and
power training.

I first came to The Underground Gym in hopes of losing weight almost 4 month
ago. Instead what I got was a total mind and body experience that has changed
